Krua Rimklong is a family-restaurant. It has a few garden tables, sorrounded by a wall of plants and protected from the rain by a large dome, and an air-conditioned room (for non-smokers. Smokers can sit in the garden after the meal). The English/Thai menu covers most of the popular Thai dishes, from green curry to jungle curry to fresh salads of beef or seafood, soups, noodles and a lot more.
Prices are at around 50-90 Baht a dish. The waiters speak English.

The food is delicious and a good selection to choose from, served with a friendly smile adds to the special atmosphere. I try and eat here at least once a week. Yummy Yummy

Hi Per,
Ys it is very clean, it is a boutique type hotel, Mr Tou runs the hotel, it is clean, modern and has WIFI. There is also a coffee shop and a really nice restaurant down the street. There are also nice other places to eat like Basar Garden, run by Noi, which is also a guest house and Jane’s Place they also hire push bikes. all of which l can recommend.
There is a good second hand bookshop that also sells unique gifts and artifacts. The bookshop is just down the road from Rimklong and Serge is a mine of information.
Trat is a great place for riding a bike as it is mostly flat. If you decide to stay there let them know you were talking to me. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help.
