All rooms have a fan and a hot shower.
- A room for 2 people costs 250 Baht a day.
- A room for 4 people (with TV) is 350 Baht a day.
Prices are valid all year long. There is no “high season” rate.
There’s also a bar with a garden, where you can have espresso and sandwiches.
You can also have breakfast and lunch there.

This is a lovely welcoming little guest house run by Noi, who is bright and friendly. A must for over night or a longer stay. Everyone is made to feel at home.

I have had many friends stay at this one, for the main reason that the owner Noi is trustworty and honest (as well as friendly) The rooms are clean with fan and have some rustic charm. The price is competitive also.

When I have teachers come for a temporary visit this is my choice place of referal for those keen on being frugal.

This turned out to be the friendliest place where I stayed in Thailand. Noi does provide a guesthouse with a friendly and kind atmosphere. Many places try to make you feel at home, only a few succeed. Basar and Noi does the job in a spended way. Highly reccomended.

This cat http://twitpic.com/1j2wxz doesn’t really belong to Basar, and P’Noi doesn’t have a name for him. He comes once in a while, and he’s not after food. Only people to play with. He plays nice and he’s very polite.
